Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative release.
